Question: How do I find my catalogue in Fusion when it is in the Connect database?

Answer: You can get your catalogue from the server or the PC where the database is found. To do this follow these instructions:

1. Go into Fusion on the main PC (The PC that has all the databases)
2. Close the Find Customer screen
3. Go to Tools & click on Catalogue Setup
4. Find the catalogue in the list that you need and click on it once to highlight it.
5. Click on Check Out Catalogue which is found on the right
6. Then minimize Fusion and go to My Documents\Fusion\Checked Out Catalogues\632346…(not sure of the number but there should only be one folder with a long number) go into it
7. You should see the Catalogue that you want there. Copy it and paste it to the desktop.
8. Maximize Fusion again and highlight the optima kitchens catalogue and then check it back in with the button that is found on the right that says Check In Catalogue.
9. You can then close the catalogue setup page and continue with the program

The catalogue will now be found on your desktop. To be used as you wish.
